By using MFL Fantasy Football ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

You agree not to:
Commissioners have admin powers including roster management, trade overrides, and week advancement. They are expected to act fairly. MFL Fantasy is not responsible for commissioner decisions.
You retain ownership of content you create (team names, chat messages, etc.). By using the App, you grant MFL Fantasy a license to store and display this content. We may remove content that violates these terms.
The App may display ads through Google AdSense or similar services. Ad revenue supports free operation. We do not control specific ads shown.
We aim for reliability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time through Settings.
MFL Fantasy Football is a free service provided for entertainment. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use, including lost data, league disputes, or service interruptions.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. This includes but is not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
The App's code, design, branding, and all original MFL universe content (team names, logos, city identities, and narrative elements) are the property of Kravetz and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
If you believe content on the App infringes your copyright, please send a notice to the contact email provided in the app footer. Your notice must include: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) identification of the material you claim is infringing, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use is not authorized, and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MFL Fantasy Football, Kravetz, and any affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Kravetz resides, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you should stop using the App.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MFL Fantasy Football regarding use of the App. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
