The fastest way to reach the MFL Fantasy team is through one of the channels below. Most questions are answered in the FAQ — if you have not checked it yet, that is a good first stop.

Email

Reporting a Bug

If something is broken or behaving unexpectedly, the most useful bug reports include:

• The page or feature where it happened (e.g., "Draft room, picking my 4th-round pick")
• What you were trying to do
• What happened instead
• Your device and browser (e.g., "iPhone 14 Pro, Safari" or "Windows 11, Chrome")
• A screenshot if possible
• The league name and your username so we can reproduce the state

Send those to mfl.football.fantasy@gmail.com. The more specific the report, the faster the fix.

Feature Requests

We genuinely read every feature request. Many of the features now in production came from user suggestions — the CPU AI trade negotiation, the cover photo customization, the live draft countdown, the playoff recap pages. If there is something the platform should do that it does not, write in. Email mfl.football.fantasy@gmail.com with "Feature Request" in the subject and as much detail as you have.

League Operator Questions

If you are running a league and have a commissioner-specific question — about advancing weeks, importing stats, handling no-show managers, or anything in the admin panel — those go to mfl.football.fantasy@gmail.com too. We answer admin questions directly because most apply to other commissioners as well.

The Underlying MFL League

MFL Fantasy is built on top of a real Madden franchise league called the MFL. If you are interested in the underlying league itself — joining as a Madden player, watching the streams, or learning about the league lore — those are separate from the fantasy platform but worth checking out. The MFL has its own community channels that you can find through the in-app news feed once you create an account.

Response Times

This is an independently-operated platform, not a big company with a 24/7 support desk. Response times look like this:

• Bug reports affecting scoring or data integrity: usually within hours
• Account issues: within 1 business day
• Feature requests & general feedback: within 2–3 business days

What We Cannot Help With

Just to be transparent about scope:

• We cannot help with EA, Madden, or NFL-related issues — we are not affiliated with any of those
• We cannot recover lost passwords without verifying account ownership through the registered email
• We cannot reverse trades, drafts, or other in-league actions unless there is a clear platform bug at fault
• We cannot grant access to leagues you were removed from by the commissioner — that is between you and them
